1. Services

Michael Cory Photography, LLC provides professional photography services, including but not limited to:

-Engagement & couples photography

-Family & lifestyle sessions

-Outdoor & nature photography

-Pet & animal photography

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payments

-A session is not confirmed until agreed upon in writing or electronically.

-Deposits or full payment may be required prior to the session.

-Pricing, session details, and deliverables will be communicated prior to booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

-Clients are encouraged to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

-Weather-related rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

-Missed sessions without notice may result in forfeiture of deposits.

4. Turnaround Time

-Edited photographs are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks for standard sessions.

-Larger projects (such as events) may take 4–6 weeks.

-Turnaround times may vary based on scope and volume.

5. Copyright & Usage

-Michael Cory Photography retains the copyright to all images.

-Clients receive a personal-use license unless otherwise agreed in writing.

-Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without permission.

6. Model Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Michael Cory Photography, LLC may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Michael Cory Photography, LLC is not liable for:

-Circumstances beyond reasonable control (weather, location restrictions, equipment failure)

-Loss or damage resulting from third-party services or platforms

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

8. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive:

-Appointment confirmations

-Session-related updates

-Occasional service-related messages

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
